I have been wanting to visit the Tea Room at Corner House West Runton for some time and I finally made it on a somewhat cloudy and damp afternoon. The exterior of the building is smart and appealing, and the interior design, decor and furnishings are to a high standard. The welcome was warm and the selection of teas available is impressive. Light lunches are served and the cakes are delicious. Cream teas are available if you are a traditionalist and don’t have to worry about your waistline. The prices at the Tea Room are very reasonable so when next in the area I suggest you drop in and try this excellent local asset.
