I have purchased fish from Cley Smokehouse for many years and the quality has always been excellent. When I visited recently I found the shop in Cley was closed for refurbishment. There was a sign on the door directing customers to new premises at Glandford so I made my way there. I found this smart new smokehouse shop in the complex of Manor Farm Barns where Cley Spy, BIRDscapes Gallery and the Art Cafe are also located.

The interior of the shop is modern but with a rustic touch that suits the location. There is a seating area for customers who would like a coffee or tea during their visit. As usual, the range of products is extensive and includes fresh crabs and lobsters as well as smoked salmon and other fish. The kipper I bought for my evening meal was delicious.

When you are next in the area I recommend a visit to Cley Smokehouse where you can buy something for your dinner that I am sure will be very tasty.
