Amy lives in a delightful property (originally a large barn) in a quiet North Norfolk village with her husband, two children, a collie (Ellie), and several hens.  The large garden has steadily developed into an important food producing facility for the family, as well as being a beautiful place to be.  As you will see from her posts Amy is very keen on producing natural food without the use of garden chemicals.
